Our March webinar was another great success.
Nick Tenant, Head of Legal Services at the MDU and Katherine Sheldrick, Senior Solicitor at the MDU discussed the impact of criminal investigations arising in the private lives of healthcare professionals and the involvement of the General Medical Council.
They also covered criminal offences that may arise in clinical situations including sexual offences, gross negligence manslaughter and corporate manslaughter.
Noel Waters, Head of Distribution and Broker Partnerships outlined the MDU Insurance Solutions proposition and how we are working collaboratively with our broker partners to provide innovative new products to their clients across the healthcare market.
